of your decision to revoke this contract by an explicit statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, I shall reimburse all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I receive notification of your revocation. For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. If you have requested that the services should commence during the revocation period, you shall pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify me of the exercise of the right of revocation in respect of this contract compared to the total amount of services provided for in the contract.
Special note on the premature expiry of the right of revocation
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of revocation expires if the service has been provided in full and the performance of the service has only begun after the consumer has given his explicit consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he will lose his right of revocation upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
